We are located at 40 Route de Besançon, 25930 Lods, just 40 minutes from Besançon and about 30 minutes from Pontarlier, at the foot of the Jura Mountains.Nestled in the heart of the Loue Valley, our location offers both the peace of a village ranked among the most beautiful in France and easy access to major cities and roads.

Oui, petite épicerie à 2 minutes à pied, ouverte le dimanche matin, ainsi que des restaurants dans le village. Supermarchés à moins de 15 min en voiture.
Sur demande : livraison de pain et viennoiseries, traiteurs partenaires, restauration possible pour séminaires et groupes.
Oui, bien sûr ! Le gîte bénéficie d’un environnement avec très peu de voisinage à proximité, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement des lieux, notamment pour vos soirées, événements ou séminaires. La musique et les moments festifs sont donc possibles, tant que le niveau sonore reste raisonnable et respectueux de l’environnement.
Toutes les réservations doivent être garanties par une carte de crédit valide à la date d'arrivée.
30% du montant total sera débité au moment de la réservation. Les 70% restants seront débités 30 jours avant l'arrivée.
Un dépôt de 2000 EUR sera retenu sur votre carte de crédit le jour de l'arrivée, sauf indication contraire.
Politique de modification : Pour toutes modifications, veuillez nous contacter et nous essaierons de satisfaire votre demande en fonction de nos disponibilités.
Politique d'annulation : Les réservations sont annulables jusqu'à 60 jours avant l'arrivée à des frais de 30% + 50 EUR de frais de dossier.
Les annulations effectuées moins de 60 jours avant l'arrivée ne seront pas remboursées.
